Kojiro Tsutsumi, Chef de Cuisine
Born in Tokyo, Chef Tsutsumi graduated from Musashino Culinary Institute. After graduating he moved to Paris and worked at the Michelin one-star La Table d`Anvers and the Michelin two-star Michel Rostang as Chef de partie. He joined Park Hyatt Tokyo in 2007 and was appointed Chef de Cuisine in 2019. In spring 2025, Chef Tsutsumi spent seven-weeks at Paris-based Ducasse Paris restaurants for an in-depth familiarization, adding to his thirty-years of culinary experience in Japan and France.
