Tsuyoshi Kuwazawa, Chef de Cuisine
Chef Kuwazawa started his culinary career in Tokyo learning in a variety of restaurant and hospitality kitchens. In 2002, he joined Park Hyatt Tokyo as a member of New York Grill’s culinary team where he was appointed Sous Chef in 2005. In 2020, he was promoted to Chef de Cuisine of the Delicatessen.
