Chef Ben Wheeler, a native of the United Kingdom, has been appointed as the new Chef de Cuisine of New York Grill & Bar. Applying his accumulated experiences from several splendid hotels around the world, he intends to share and create new culinary experiences together with his team when New York Grill & Bar reopens on April 1, 2024.

From April 15 to 18, 2024, Chef Ben welcomes Australia’s Rockpool Bar & Grill’s Executive Chef Santiago Aristizabal for a special four-hands culinary collaboration creating an exclusive six-course dinner menu. Colombian-born Chef Santiago Aristizabal joined Rockpool Bar & Grill in 2009 and quickly proved himself to be an integral member of the culinary team as his career progressed from Sous Chef to Head Chef to his current position overseeing all three Rockpool Bar & Grill in Australia – Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. In 2023, Rockpool Bar & Grill – Sydney was ranked top 8 for 101 World Best Steakhouses being top 1 in Asia Pacific region.

Price: Six-course dinner, JPY 55,000 per person including beverage pairing.
