Park Hyatt Tokyo will close its doors for a property-wide renewal starting from May 7, 2024, and reopen in autumn 2025.

Girandole is our all-day dining venue on the 41st floor, decorated with a stunning two-storey collage of 144 black and white photographs depicting European brasserie life. Whether it is to enjoy breakfast and bask in the morning light,
unwind in the afternoon and gaze at art, or celebrate with a classic French meal, Girandole is the place where you can experience it all.
Girandole is designed to accommodate guests for any occasion with delicious fare in a relaxed yet romantic atmosphere.

Enjoy Girandole’s fine cuisine in a modernist private residence with panoramic bay windows and a spacious open kitchen to draw guests into the culinary experience of the evening’s sumptuous menu.

PRICE  Room charge: 3hours 27,500 JPY. Every additional hour: 11,000 JPY.

CHEF PROFILE

Kojiro Tsutsumi

After working in restaurants both in Japan and France, Chef Tsutsumi joined Park Hyatt Tokyo in 2007. Since joining, Chef Tsutsumi worked in the Girandole kitchen and was appointed to Sous Chef in 2014. In addition to his culinary sense and expertise, his management skills make him a great asset to Girandole. Having been promoted to Chef de Cuisine in December 2019, his passion for Girandole is clearly expressed through his creations as he strives to showcase the restaurant’s appeal and charm.
