Park Hyatt Tokyo has paused operations, while undergoing a comprehensive restoration program, and is due to reopen in October 2025.
After working in restaurants both in Japan and France, Chef Tsutsumi joined Park Hyatt Tokyo in 2007. Since joining, Chef Tsutsumi worked in the Girandole kitchen and was appointed to Sous Chef in 2014. In addition to his culinary sense and expertise, his management skills make him a great asset to Girandole. Having been promoted to Chef de Cuisine in December 2019, his passion for Girandole is clearly expressed through his creations as he strives to showcase the restaurant’s appeal and charm.
