CHEF PROFILE

James Holehouse

The Canadian native hones masterful skills in chocolate showpieces, wedding cakes, airbrushing and sugar works and has also competed in many international baking competitions. He first joined the Hyatt group in 2006 at Hyatt Regency Calgary. In 2012, he became Executive Pastry Chef at Grand Hyatt Taipei and in 2016, he became the Executive Pastry Chef at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. In February 2018, he was appointed Executive Chef at Park Hyatt Tokyo.
