Savories Reflecting the Colors of Spring
This season’s spring-inspired savory offerings celebrate fresh, vibrant flavors unique to this time of year. Highlights include a chicken rice paper roll accented with the gentle bitterness of nanohana, pan-seared Spanish mackerel crowned with fragrant lemon foam, pork and Serrano ham complemented by smooth carrot purée, and an elegantly presented risotto featuring pale pink sakura shrimp and bright green asparagus.

Our free-flow selection includes sparkling wine, cocktails, wines, beer, and soft drinks, with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs “R de Ruinart” featured in the Champagne-inclusive plan. From lighter pours to lingering glasses, each selection is designed to suit your moment.
