Highlights include a snow crab and new potato sandwich inspired by the Manhattan skyline, a schiacciata with spring vegetables and ricotta reminiscent of Central Park, a spiced lobster roll, and a green asparagus and Jamón Serrano omelet.

The sweets present a playful yet refined interpretation of New York classics, featuring a signature “Big Apple” apple dessert, a gently caramelized cheesecake brûlée, a New York roll topped with caramel popcorn, and a light chocolate milkshake.
