Bûche Veneto 4,500 yen (16cm×8cm)
Named after the Venice region of Italy, this cacao jelly glazed cake embellished with a dark chocolate ribbon, is inspired by the flavor combination of a tiramisu. Filled with mascarpone mousse and bits of coffee crumble, this cake has a rich coffee cream center sandwiched in between coffee-soaked sponge cake with a coffee sable base. This decadent treat pairs perfectly with champagne and whisky, making it a connoisseur’s Christmas cake.
Bûche Noisette 4,500 yen (16cm×8cm)
A special creation that plays on the combination of two popular dessert flavors, hazelnut and yuzu. This unique milk chocolate, ganache-coated sponge cake is filled with yuzu and mandarin chiboust cream, an outer layer of Azelia chocolate mousse and a hazelnut biscuit base. The flavor combination of rich hazelnut and citrus is sure to be a holiday favorite this year.

Gutsy, Park Hyatt Tokyo’s beloved mascot which is stationed at the main entrance of the hotel, is the featured artwork printed on this signature chocolate tablet bar at Pasty Boutique. Experience a traditional Japanese end-of-year custom of “toshikoshi soba” this New Year’s Eve in the comfort of your own home with a special soba noodle set carefully selected by Chef de Cuisine of Kozue, Kenichiro Ooe. Kozue’s original soba noodles, made with fragrant buckwheat and quality flour from Nagano Prefecture, come paired with dipping sauce accented with bonito and seaweed.
