Each beautifully crafted cake and bonbon, designed by Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet and his team, is a perfect way to express your love, affection, and gratitude to the special people in your life.

ROOTS OF LOVE JPY 1,080 (7cm) / JPY 5,200 (13cm) Delight your Valentine with this magnificent heart-shaped cake, topped with ribbons of vanilla cream and beetroot cremeux. Each bite reveals layers of berries jam and pistachio sponge surrounded by a fromage blanc vanilla mousse cake.

PINK “CRUSH” JPY 4,800 (12cm) Surprise your special one with this creative heart made of dark chocolate and a raspberry almond chocolate base. This gift includes a hammer to break open the heart and reveal sweet almond dragees with an optional personalized message.*We kindly ask that you reserve 3 days in advance.

CHARLOTTE JPY 980 (7cm) / JPY 4,800 (12cm) The exquisite Charlotte cake overflows with fresh strawberries like a heart brimming with emotion. Ringed with a delicate layer of ladyfingers, the vanilla diplomat cream conceals delicate accents of strawberry jam.

ROSE CAKE JPY 920 (6cm) Roses have long been cherished as symbols of love. Carefully decorated cake features layers of raspberry jam, aromatic rose tea cream, and crunchy hazelnut crumble within a jasmine tea mousse. Choose the pink rose to send a sweet message of love to your sweetheart this season.

JPY 700 (2 pieces) / JPY 1,500 (4 pieces) / JPY 3,200 (9 pieces) Excite your tastebuds with a new collection of chocolate bonbons. “Sunflower” marries notes of toasty miso with nutty sunflower praline. “Osmanthus” melds tart yuzu citrus with accents of the sweet osmanthus flower, a symbol of true love. “Rose” brings together flavors of the beloved flower and buttery salted caramel for a lovely chocolate experience.
