Executive Pastry Chef Julien Perrinet presents a bespoke vanilla mille-feuille with salted caramel. His unique panini-machine technique adds crunchy texture to the caramelized dough. This mouthwatering sweet has the rich flavor of Isigny Sainte-Mère butter, vanilla custard cream, salted caramel ganache, vanilla namelaka cream and mini choux caramel to both look and taste delicious. This is created as part of “France Patisserie Week”, a gourmet event to energize the French patisserie industry in Japan.
