France Restaurant Week aims to make French cuisine more hospitable and enjoyable in Japan. Participating restaurants are asked to enliven the festivities with dishes incorporating Japanese ingredients under the theme of “Japanese Terroir”.

Chef Tsutsumi was chosen as one of the “focus chefs” for France Restaurant Week based on both the hotel and his commitment to sustainability. The menu will include pâté en croûte with French foie gras, roast French duck breast, and sustainable salmon with fresh vegetables from Nagano prefecture.

Time: Lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m. (Last order)
Dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Last order 7:00 p.m.) on Thursdays to Sundays, and Holidays
Price: Lunch course at ¥5,000, dinner course at ¥8,000 (Inclusive of tax and service charge)
