For this year’s autumn menu, New York Grill offers the Surf & Turf set with an appetizing selection from both land and sea. An array of delicious ingredients to choose from including Hokkaido Mejika salmon, fresh scallops, bacon using traditional salt-cured techniques in a direct-fire smoke machine, USDA T-bone steak are all thoughtfully prepared by Chef Paul Gajewski.
