Chef de Cuisine of New York Grill, Paul Gajewski, offers the menu “Surf & Turf”, an appetizing selection from both the sea and the land. Grilled lobster, bluefin tuna, black tiger prawns, and red seabream are thoughtfully prepared by our chefs. New York Grill’s sirloin is the highest-grade beef, rated by the US Department of Agriculture. The Pacific bluefin tuna and red seabream are harvested by sustainable fishing methods, in keeping with Park Hyatt Tokyo’s commitment to environmentally conscious farming principles. An excellent choice for a summer meal.
