Chef Tour – A Taste of Ishikawa
Girandole welcomes you to experience an exclusive dinner course featuring locally-sourced ingredients from Ishikawa prefecture, the homeland of our Executive Sous Chef, Manabu Ichizuka.
The special menu pays homage to the area, which is known for its richness in culture and gastronomy. Its quality seafood such as Kobako crab and Nodoguro fish, delectable Noto pork, and a wide variety of locally grown vegetables should not be missed.
Chef Ichizuka invites you to enjoy the charm of his countryside with his interpretation of French cuisine using these ingredients that bring back memories of his childhood.
