Girandole: Winemaker’s Dinner with Ch. PICHON LONGUEVILLE BARON

In commemoration of Park Hyatt Tokyo’s 25th anniversary, we are pleased to present a line-up of very special winemaker’s dinners this year. The next winemaker’s dinner will be taking place on Thursday, 13 June at Girandole with Château Pichon Longueville Baron.

Château Pichon Longueville Baron is the prominent winery that represents the finest wines in the Pauillac appellation of the Bordeaux region in France and is classified as one of fifteen Deuxièmes Crus (Second Growths) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.

The wines from Château Pichon Longueville Baron are famous for its selection of tannic, robust and bold flavorful wines as well as their fruity, gentle and elegant wines. They are most famous for their aged wines that are balanced to perfection.

Guests will also be treated to a glass of Château Suduiraut, a sweet white wine ranked as Premier Cru (First Growth) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855 during the final dinner course.

The guest of honor for this dinner will be Mr. Jean-Rene Matignon from Château Pichon Longueville and Mr. Pierre Montégut from Château Suduiraut who are both the head of technology at their respective Châteaus.

Experience a night of prestige and luxury with 6 varieties of the most exclusive wines from Bordeaux, beautifully paired with a dinner menu carefully prepared by Chef de Cuisine Manabu Ichizuka at Girandole.
