Park Hyatt Tokyo is delighted to announce that the next winemaker’s dinner will take place on Wednesday, 15 November and will showcase wines and special guests from the following four Grand Cru Châteaux from the world-acclaimed wine region of Bordeaux, France.

Château Haut Bailly: Ms. Veronique Sanders (General Manager)
Château Lynch Bages: Mr. Jean-Charles Cazes (Owner)
Château Giscours: Mr. Alexander Van Beek (General Manager)

We welcome you to experience a night of an exclusive selection of 8 varieties of Grand Cru wines, paired perfectly with a 5 course dinner menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Manabu Ichizuka at Girandole, this coming November.
